Texas Youth Tobacco Awareness Program

HappyMe.com's instructor is certified by the Texas Department of State Health Services to conduct this program. When finished, participants receive an official Texas Certificate of Completion to meet requirements of Municipal, Justice and other courts. This eight-hour program is conducted in four, two-hour sessions over two weeks. This schedule presents a challenge to families, but all should know it is mandated by Texas law. A shorter, more convenient schedule from an uncertified program will not be accepted in court.

Hand delivery of forms:

If you want to deliver registration forms to our office, you can slide them under our door between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. any day. It is best to make telephone contact with us to let us know you delivered forms. We will call you and confirm receipt of the forms.
