Class Schedules
Our 2025 programs flyer has a checkbox at the top of each of the alcohol and tobacco class schedules. By checking a relevant box, it can help a defendant remember which class is needed to be completed.
We offer two options for our 2025 flyer:

happy to send you a stack of flyers printed nicely in color.

Communication With Courts
PARTICIPANT CLASS STATUS: For every student that fails to successfully finish any offender education class at HappyMe.com, we send a comprehensive report, via USPS, to court staff with details of what happened to cause the student to fail.
OFFENDER EDUCATION CLASS SUCCESS: Participants prove successful completion of our classes with an official State of Texas Certificate of Completion hard copy — no email, photocopies or verbal reports are provided to anyone.
COURT DEADLINES: Court deadlines for turning in certificates of completion is sometimes an issue. Upon successful completion of our classes, we always place certificates of completion in the U. S. Postal Service mail the next business day after the last class session. In most cases, the certificate arrives at the participant's address within a few days. If the certificate is expected to arrive after the court deadline, participants sometimes ask us for recommendations. Here is what we tell them:
-
You may contact court staff to inform them of your successful completion of your class, and that you are waiting to receive your certificate of completion in the mail. It is then up to court staff and you, in regard to how it will be handled.
-
We can only provide the mailed out printed hard copies of the certificates of completion as proof — no email, photocopies, text copies, or verbal proof may be provided to anyone.

Virtual Online Classes
To be legal in Texas, virtual online classes must have a live instructor conduct the classes. HappyMe.com posts essential requirements on the website so people will be informed before they register for a class. Participants are given detailed instructions in advance of each class, and HappyMe.com staff wants each participant to have a successful outcome.
Even so, transition from classroom to virtual online continues. At HappyMe.com, we follow Texas guidelines and help participants with positive outcomes. -
Virtual Online Transition
-
Some literature distributed by courts needs updating to show that our virtual online classes are legal in all Texas courts.
-
With the advent of AI (artificial intelligence), online shopping, etc., and even shoes that you can put on without bending down, it is no wonder that people like the convenience of virtual online classes and want to avoid the inconvenience of commuting to a classroom.

Some Internet sites offender education classes that are illegal in Texas, causing people to start over when they get to court.
