We can provide you with alcohol or tobacco class duplicate certificates of completion for our classes. Texas courts will only accept official certificates. That is why we cannot provide photocopy, email, fax, or verbal proof of class completion.
How to Compute Fees For a
Duplicate Certificate
FIRST CLASS MAIL: The certificate creation fee is $38.00, with no additional fees — if we send it to you by United States Postal Service, First Class Mail. If you want this service, call us at 972-503-4803. We will send you an invoice that must be paid before we prepare and mail your duplicate certificate to you.
FEDERAL EXPRESS:
If the certificate is to be shipped via Federal Express, there is a $30 Courier Service Fee required to transport the certificate to a Federal Express facility for shipment. This makes a subtotal of $68.00 (creation fee of $38.00 + $30.00 Courier fee = $68.00) that must be added to the Federal Express shipping fee.To determine the total cost of Federal Express shipment, you must contact Federal Express and add the current shipping fee (according to what shipment you want) to $58.00.
